Refund policy

I want you to love your Rivkah Grace Jewelry piece. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• Jewelry must be unworn and in original condition

• Customers are responsible for returning the item to me before a refund is issued

Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

To initiate a return, please contact me prior to sending your item back so I can assist you with next steps.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Returned items must be safely packaged to prevent damage during transit
